Yes. Open a milestone to find direct links to the original commitment, latest disclosure and technical report where available, with the publisher and publication date. Documents open at their original source; download from the publisher where offered. We organise the evidence links rather than storing document copies, helping your team spend less time chasing updates.
Yes. US$12.99 buys one newly generated report or unlocks one selected archive report. Sign in to keep lifetime access to that specific purchase and export it from My purchases. Other reports and future updates are separate purchases.
No. It unlocks the saved publication with its original date and methodology. Choose a newly generated report to research the company again. A future update is a separate report.
US$29 per month includes 10 new reports or full updates per billing period, full published-library access, a personal research workspace, saved companies with notes and status tags, and interactive valuation scenarios. You can export reports. Each new report or update uses one credit.
Premium members can buy five extra reports for US$10. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Extra packs do not expire, but require an active Premium membership to use. Premium generation is limited to three new reports per 24 hours.
A failed generation restores the report credit. Reopening a successfully saved report does not use another credit. The generation indicator shows that research is in progress; keep the page open until it completes.
Completed personal reports and individually purchased reports remain readable. Subscription library access, interactive valuations and unused monthly allowances end. Individually purchased reports remain available through My purchases without a subscription.
Active Premium and Family Office members can load supported valuation inputs from a report and explore changes to them. Calculated scenarios do not alter the published report or replace its five-year target. Missing inputs are not invented, and estimated inputs remain labelled.
US$995 per month includes three team members, 20 new reports or updates per month shared across the team, full library access and monitoring for 20 companies. Your office can generate research, add companies from reports or coverage to a shared watchlist, and review milestone evidence and quarterly briefs.
Yes. Add monitoring in blocks of 20 companies for US$495 per month per block. Additional capacity does not add report credits or team seats. Annual billing is US$9,950 for the base plan and US$5,940 per additional block; report allowances remain monthly.
Timelines link expectations and subsequent disclosures to their sources, prioritising exchange or regulatory publications and official company documents. Timing uses a disclosed month where possible, then a quarter or supported range. Undisclosed dates remain explicit. Delivery status is separate from whether results were better, in line with or worse than a documented expectation.
Choose weekly or monthly monitoring. Material-change email alerts direct you back to your account to view the evidence; recipients must sign in and have access to the office. These are scheduled reviews, not real-time alerts.
A quarterly brief brings together saved watchlist evidence, milestone delivery, results against expectations and research activity. It is available in the Family Office dashboard, with an email notification when delivery is enabled. It summarises the saved evidence as of the quarter end rather than performing a fresh research review.
The Family Office workspace is restricted to authorised office members and administrators. Company coverage can appear in the public tracker, but that does not grant access to private team notes or full private reports.
Ten sections cover the company, commodity prices, leadership and key shareholders, project quality, risks, valuation, expected milestones, weighted scores, historical coverage and a concise final outlook. Supporting citations link to source material, with detailed reasoning available in expandable sections.
Reports identify company-reported figures, calculated values and analyst estimates, with sources and dates. Valuations reflect the company’s stage and available evidence. An exploration target is not a mineral resource; estimated values and five-year targets are conditional, not guaranteed outcomes. Unsupported inputs remain identified as missing.
Create a free account using Google or a one-time email code, where enabled. Use the same account to return to purchased reports, your personal research or your team workspace.
No. This is informational research to support your own due diligence. AI-generated analysis can contain errors. Review source documents, dates, assumptions and risks before making decisions. Use the report’s correction option to flag an issue.
